Hello, everyone! Today we are going to be making a 4×5″ seamless cylinder candle mold. This is a really easy project and can be completed in just a few hours.
To start, you will need some supplies. You will need a piece of wood that is at least 4×5″, a jigsaw, a drill, a 1/4″ drill bit, a 3/8″ drill bit, a coping saw, a straight edge, and some sandpaper.
First, we will cut the piece of wood to size. Use the straight edge and a pencil to draw a line down the middle of the wood. Then, use the jigsaw to cut along the line.
Next, we will drill the holes. Drill a 1/4″ hole in the center of the wood. Then, drill a 3/8″ hole in each of the four corners.
Next, we will cut out the shape of the mold. Use the coping saw to cut out the shape of the mold. Be sure to leave a little bit of extra wood around the edge so that the mold can be attached to the wood base.
Finally, we will sand the mold. Use sandpaper to sand the entire surface of the mold. Be sure to sand the inside of the hole as well.
That’s it! Your 4×5″ seamless cylinder candle mold is now complete.
