You will need the following supplies:
-Candle Making Pitcher
-2 lb Non Stick Candle Wax
-Wick
-Scissors
-Hot Glue Gun
-Lighter
The first thing you want to do is cut your wick to the desired length. For this tutorial, we are going to use a wick that is 10 inches long.
Next, use your hot glue gun to attach the wick to the bottom of the candle making pitcher.
Now it’s time to add your wax.
We are using a 2 lb non stick candle wax, so we will be adding 1 lb of wax to the pitcher.
If you are using a different type of wax, you will need to adjust the amount of wax you add to the pitcher.
Now it’s time to heat your wax.
Place the pitcher on your stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Once the wax has melted, use a lighter to light the wick.
Once the wick is lit, you can adjust the heat to low and let the wax continue to melt.
Once the wax has melted completely, use a spoon to stir the wax.
This will help to ensure that the wax is evenly mixed.
Now it’s time to pour the wax.
Slowly pour the wax into the mold, making sure to pour it in the middle of the mold.
Once the wax has been poured, use a lighter to light the wick.
Now it’s time to let the candle cool.
Let the candle cool for at least 2 hours before removing it from the mold.
And that’s it!
You have now successfully made a candle.
