3. Cut a hole in the side of the milk carton.
4. Thread the candle wick through the hole in the side of the milk carton.
5. Put the pot of hot water on the stove and wait for it to boil.
6. Put the vegetable oil and essential oil (if using) in the bottom of the milk carton.
7. When the water is boiling, carefully pour it into the milk carton.
8. Let the candle cool completely before lighting it.
Making milk carton candles is a great way to upcycle old milk cartons. Not only are they fun and easy to make, but they also make great gifts.
