You can use either paraffin or soy wax, but I would recommend soy wax because it’s a natural product and it burns cleaner than paraffin wax.
The other ingredients you’ll need are fragrance oil (or essential oil) and a wick. You can buy fragrance oil at most craft stores, or you can make your own by mixing different essential oils. Just be sure to use a safe, non-flammable container when making your own essential oils.
Once you have all of your ingredients, it’s time to get started. First, you’ll need to melt the wax. You can do this by using a double boiler or by microwaving it in small increments. Once the wax is melted, add the fragrance oil and stir until it’s well mixed.

How To Make A Candle Burn Evenly With Foil
