Instructions

3. Turn on the stove to medium-low heat and melt down the beeswax in the double boiler combination until it has melted completely and is liquid in form. For larger batches you may need to break up hard blocks of wax so that they can melt more easily.
4. Slowly stir in 3 tablespoons of coconut oil per 4 ounces of wax until there are no lumps left and everything is homogeneousy mixed together.
5. Add a few drops of your preferred scented or unscented essential oils according to how strong you’d like the scent to be — this is an area where experimentation will come in handy! Remember that adding too much can throw off the consistency of your mixture so go easy here if necessary — you can always add more later!
6. Carefully pour your hot massage candle mixture into jars or containers that are able to sustain direct heat — mason jars work great for this! Make sure these are clean before use and be sure not to overfill them as this will result in waste when the candles harden later on .
7. To add additional herb elements into the design and scent, simply put some sprigs of herb leaves near your filled jar with enough room between that allows for movement within once everything cools down all together . This will look great when done properly!
8. Next, move jars from where you’ve worked over to a clean surface/table and allowing them all to gradualy cool naturally at room temperature for several hours before attempting to move them any further . It may take closer up 5 hours for proper setting depending upon environmental temperature fluctuations etc.. Carefully remove anything stuck in melted wax via a spoon or something else , if needed , during this period .
