These are made from cottonwood tree stem wood that is easily found in most craft stores. Because it is natural it won’t interfere with your other scented candle making supplies and you don’t have to worry about harsh chemicals on your skin.
Buy a container that fits your container. Most candles containers come in standard sizes but if you want a more unique container you can purchase beaudoin tins. Beaudoin is a scent that has been used for hundreds of years in Europe. If you choose this type of container then you should be sure to include a few drops of your main scent into the beaudoin. If you don’t want to use the main scent then simply add an additional amount of your preferred fragrance to the beaudoin before adding it to the jar. It is a good idea to keep a few extra bottles of your favorite scents in your kitchen, bathroom or anywhere else where you plan to make candles.
If you purchase your soy candle making kits online to be careful to read the instructions carefully and make sure you follow them closely. Once you have completed your kit purchase instructions, be sure to keep them stored in a safe place. I wouldn’t recommend buying your kit based on the amount of time it will take to complete the kit. This is because you don’t have to wait very long. It may take a little longer for you than the other kits to complete but it is all quality time spent making wonderful scented candles. The kits come with detailed instructions so don’t hesitate to read them before purchasing.
There is always a better time for everything especially for DIY projects. Don’t wait until it’s too hot to do anything.
